• Ian DS Sinclair leads Faithaful+Gould, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, project management and cost management business in Saudi Arabia. He comes from a design background and through his career to date he has engaged in projects of a mega scale from a Design, Project Management, Master planning, buildings, infrastructure, construction and planning perspective such as Dubai Creek Harbour Tower. Prior to his current role, he represented companies in winning and setting up Global PMO / Program / PMC’s such as GE Capital, Novartis and NEOM and operational roles at organisations such as Lend Lease and AECOM.

His key skills are leading and interfacing with colleagues / clients on a daily basis to build lasting relationships, taking accountability, inspiring and driving progress and consistency of approach, to see the bigger picture in a developmental and execution environment, making informed tough decisions, envisaging risk from all project aspects and facilitate and strategically mitigate risk, to assess all aspects of project interfaces and consider and implement structure and process to assist the team in delivering their objectives, always proactively with passion, hard work and commitment at the heart of everything he does.
