A Main Board Director of Cost Consultancy firm Omnium International, Kieran enjoys over 20 years’ construction industry experience, both in the UK and UAE.

Working closely with Omnium’s high-profile clients throughout the region, Kieran leads the cost management and value engineering of numerous residential, retail and mixed-use developments across the GCC, with particular expertise in high rise and technically complex developments.

With nearly 14 years’ experience in the UAE, Kieran is an excellent relationship builder and oversees the implementation of core business processes which maintain consistency and quality throughout Omnium. He has worked closely with some of the world’s top international Architects and design teams adding immeasurable value, providing commercial support, advice and guidance regarding market conditions. He utilises his extensive regional experience to identify potential risks to a Project’s budget, ensuring design to budget objectives are achieved and design intent is delivered on projects central to the UAE’s landscape.
